Raft Race 2005

 

The Raft Race this year took place on 2nd July with more than twenty entries. And it took place with the support of our very generous sponsors,

Bevan Wilson.  

A special year for the Raft Race as the finish took place with a background of the then nearly completed Phase 1 of the Waterside Centre, home to the Multiple Sclerosis Therapy Group and various sports and community groups.

Prizes at the finish were presented very graciously by the Mayor of Guildford. Tamsy Baker assisted by the Guildford Lions President, Keith Hamblin and his wife, Lesley, shown together in the photo opposite.
